At  Head Office
On finalizing a of contact, PT. EXPERT ENGINEERING sets-up a Project Management Team Headed by a Project Manager. Project Manager being the Person in-charge on behalf of PT. EXPERT ENGINEERING is the principal person contact for the Client regarding any queries of overall operation and work performance. The team will comprise of  quality and result oriented  people who will efficiently ensure the execution of the Project.

AT SITE (Site Management and Scope of Service)

Based on the detailed work plan a site management and supervision team is formed headed by a Construction Manager who is reports to the Project Manager. The Construction Manager is the Resident site representative on behalf of PT. EXPERT ENGINEERING and is the principal person of contact at the job site for the day to day field execution activities and to  report to the Client’s site representative (S). He will enjoy the required autonomy and authority in execution and managing the site work. His staff at site is responsible for the physical execution of the work to be carried out in observance of the following :

  • Maintain liaison and Co-ordination with the Clients Representative.
  • Take charge of all site activities with respect to Organization, Technical, Administration, Commercial matter.
  • Supervise Administration and Handling of all Plant, Equipment and Permanent materials supplied to site.
  • Time scheduling for all activities based on master schedule.
  • Issue period site report.
  • Technical documentation required for the site work.
  • Control of all site work with regard to conformity with Drawing and Specifications.
  • Supervise and carry out agreed Test, Inspection and Quality Control.
  • Prepare and Conduct Comprehensive Safety Programmes. 

Mobilization
All manpower, equipment, vehicles, tools-consumable and others facilities are mobilized based on agreed mobilization Plant. 

Field Execution 
Based on the requirement of the project and relevant document such as drawing, specifications and other pertinent information and supplies, a detailed Execution Plan (Master Work Program) is prepared and finalized with Client taking into consideration his view and comments. The Plan is brought into effect within the shortest possible time and work will be on schedule.

Monitoring Of Progress Of Work 
The Master Work Program along with the area / field work programmed network are continuously monitored and up-dated to reflect the current progress and changes in logistics. The potential problems and delay will be checked against Critical path schedule & all steps are taken in order to maintain planned progress by effecting remedial measure, as necessary. 

Reporting To Client & Project Meeting
During execution of the Project, regular and periodic meeting are held between the Respective Representative (S) of the Client & the PT. EXPERT ENGINEERING Management both at site and at corporate level to discuss the actual progress  and other relevant items pertaining to the Project and further to decide on any action required to ensure satisfactory completion of the project. 

Quality Assurance
The PT. EXPERT ENGINEERING Project Management is responsible for all the construction work ensuring compliance with the client’s approved procedures standard, regulations and the scope of work, through PT. EXPERT ENGINEERING Quality Control Team at the work site.  

Inspection and Acceptance
Inspection standards, procedures and requirements are finalized with the Client. This incorporates standard and requirements from the Client (S) and also the Vendor (S) Procedures on installation of the major equipments. As a general procedure, application are submitted to the Clients Representative (S) for inspection and acceptance of the required items in all phases based on the above standards and specification records of such inspection items are kept and handled over the Client after completion of PT. EXPERT ENGINEERING the scope of work for the project Check List are prepared for final acceptance after completion of the work for handling over to Client. 

Application Of Total Quality Management
According to company policies Total Quality Management (TQM) Principles are followed in all Projects. Weekly TQM meeting are held to identify areas of improvement  both in management quality and job execution quality. NCR and CAR (Corrective Action Request) status are regularly monitored to ensure quality of work. NCR and CAR Coordinators are appointed to conduct the above. 

Document Control 
All incoming and outgoing documents are recorded, field (as necessary) monitored and distributed to concerned personnel’s by the Site Document Control Center. All specifications, drawings, etc, are followed by the SDCC to the Project Planning and Control Section. The documents controller under this section distributes the necessary document to the person concerned.
